Условия бронирования

• We ask for a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay on booking.
Your reservation is not definitively confirmed until you receive our confirmation email. If you do not return to us to put an option, we cannot guarantee that the rooms will be available.
Balance to be paid 7 days before arrival.
• The total amount of a stay is still to be paid in case of hurried departure.
• The day of the arrival, rooms are available from 3 PM, the day of the departure check out time is 11.00 AM.
Please note that the hotel is not suitable for disabled guests.
• Pets are not admitted.

• Payment options: by cash, credit card or bank transfer.

Условия аннуляции

• For any booking cancelled or postponed more than 7 days before the date of arrival, the deposit (50%) will be refunded or postponed on another stay.
• Between 7 days and the day before arrival, the deposit (50%) will be retained.
• In the event of last-minute cancellation or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
